Each price refers to a single server. The traffic indicated is the HTTP/HTTPS volume actually inspected by Sentinel during one month.
What the subscription includes
Software and technical work are part of the same service.
Sentinel protects automatically; G Tech Group is responsible for the activation and agreed activation and management. This is what distinguishes the service from a licence installed and left to the customer.
Analysis and installation
Preliminary verification, configuration of the console, registration of the agents and control of the protected communication between the components.
Protection configuration
Initial configuration of WAF, rate-limit, geo-policy, host protection, notifications and modules compatible with the operating system.
Tuning
Initial observation of events and policy tuning to reduce false positives without unnecessarily weakening protection.
Sentinel Maintenance
Platform updates and controlled distribution of the agents in accordance with the agreed operating modalities.
Controls and reports
Continuous automatic monitoring, availability of events in the panel and periodic checks with protection status reports.
Technical assistance
Support in Italian for problems related to Sentinel. Support hours, channels, priorities and response times are indicated in the offer.

What is not included in the Sentinel subscription.
Managed protection does not replace hosting, backup and full server administration. Making boundaries explicit avoids wrong expectations.

Is Sentinel included in the G Tech Group services?
Yes. For customers who buy from us a server, VPS or hosting plan, Sentinel is included without a separate licence, within the thresholds of the service chosen.
Can I pay month by month?
Yes, but the contractual commitment always remains 12 months. Alternatively you can pay the year in advance: you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service.
Does the price cover multiple servers?
No. Each plan and each fee refers to a single server. To protect multiple servers you need to activate a plan for each one.
Are all modules always available?
Sentinel modules are included, but the actual availability depends on the operating system, web server and architecture. The initial technical verification also serves to confirm this.
Is human intervention continuous?
The automatic detection works continuously. The checks and interventions of the team follow the hours, priorities and response times stated in the offer or in any applicable SLA.
What happens if I cross the thresholds?
A stable growth beyond the included number of sites or the included traffic requires the transition to the next plan. First we contact you: we do not apply automatic charges that have not been agreed.
Is renewal automatic?
Duration, renewal, cancellation and final commercial terms are reported in the contract and in the commercial offer submitted to the customer.
