2. Data processed and purpose
We process the data provided in the demo form (name, company, email, fleet size and message) to respond to the request and organise the commercial follow-up. We also process the technical browsing and security data (IP address, date/time, user agent and logs) to deliver the site, prevent abuse and protect the infrastructure.
In order to understand which content and contact channels are most useful, we only record aggregate counts of commercial actions. Each count contains only day, public page path and category of action (e.g. opening the contact page, WhatsApp or successful submission of the form). The system does not use analytical cookies, visitor ID, fingerprint or sessions and does not store in the measurement archive IP address, user-agent, referrer or URL parameters. Counts do not allow you to determine unique visitors or to reconstruct the journey of an individual.
3. Legal basis
The response to requests is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR); security logging is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (art. 6.1.f); promotional communications are based only on explicit consent (art. 6.1.a), revocable at any time.
4. Modes, recipients and transfers
Data is processed with electronic tools and appropriate technical and organizational measures. Authorised personnel and hosting, email or support providers appointed as data processors where necessary may access it. We do not sell the data and do not make transfers outside the EEA unless appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are in place are in place.
5. Retention
The contact requests are kept for the time required to handle them and in any case not more than 24 months from the last interaction; the contractual data for the duration of the relationship and for the following 10 years when required by civil and fiscal obligations; the security logs for the period proportionate to the prevention and management of incidents. The aggregate counts of the actions on the site are kept for a maximum of 24 months.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, or withdraw consent by writing to info@gtechgroup.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
